For more than 35 years, South Arkansas Fights AIDS (SAFA) has been a lifeline for individuals and families affected by HIV/AIDS in rural South Arkansas. Founded by a mother determined to turn personal loss into hope for others, SAFA continues to provide HIV testing, prevention education, counseling, food assistance, utility support, transportation assistance, and direct services to those facing some of life's greatest challenges.
